Where are Amaltaskin products made?

Amaltasakin products are proudly made in India and we are partial to locally grown ingredients. 

Our pride is not the exotic butter that crossed a thousand miles and generated a huge carbon footprint but a local farmer toiling hard to produce the best homegrown raw material.

Are Amaltaskin products made with natural ingredients?

Amaltaskin believes in cosmetics that are effective, natural, science backed, sustainable and sensorial.

We love natural-origin, fair trade and environmentally friendly ingredients and we also appreciate all the scientific advancements in the beauty spectrum. 

Did you know some of the lab grown ingredients are the most sustainable?

So we use the best of them.

Improving and optimizing our products is a constant process and it is achieved with the amalgamation of science and nature.

Are our products organic?

Most of Amaltaskin ingredients are certified organic. Even the ones that are not, are of natural and Organic origin or wild produce.

You will not find any parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, sodium laureth sulfate or animal-derived ingredients in our products.

We stay clear of controversial ingredients but our most hated ‘ingredient’ is fear mongering for the sake of hype or sales.

Do our products contain preservatives?

Yes, your wellbeing is our primary concern. To not have the products adequately preserved puts our customers at an unwanted risk of infection. To preserve our formulas, we use the ones with proven efficacies and always within the dermal limit.

Are your products tested on animals?​

We are proud of our Vegan and Cruelty - free stand and our products are not tested or will ever be tested on animals.

How long can I keep the product before opening and use it after opening?

The product lasts 18 months without opening and once opened it is advised to use it within a year.

Are our products biodegradable?

Yes, our products take 80 days to decompose completely into the soil.
